seaside escape, a nice stay
in-room comforts complimentary gin coffee machine
The beautiful double room sea view had wonderful facilities. the in-room comforts added to the experience. I especially liked the complimentary gin. bottled water and milk for the coffee machine were convenient.
The breakfast was not included in the hotel price. I took the continental choice, but skipped it afterwards. the windows in my room had some loose parts. Paint was chipped off the frames.

The room was super clean. A nice touch was the complimentary gin in the room. the bed was comfy, i did not want to get up. air con worked well, and the room was very quiet despite the busy street outside.

Bar staff, service and drinks were all top quality. I did not dine at the hotel but the bar was great. dropping in for a latte after a day of walking was good.

All the staff were super friendly. They were also helpful. the hotel manager was very helpful too. I appreciated that. our bartender olive was a superstar. Quick service was provided.

fab coastal get away
gin welcome very nice spa hydrotherapy pool good location
my room had lovely attention to detail, i found complimentary gin and tonics awaiting me. the spa was very nice with a great gym. i really loved the pool and hydrotherapy pool. i would totally stay here again, its good location is a plus.
the lift did have a very slight vlek.

the hotel sits right across from the beach, a minutes walk. i enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel of the seafront. it is in the middle of everything and there's a car park just round the corner.

i had a latte at sunset after a day of walking. the bartender went the extra mile by giving me one of the comfy chairs to drink it. the breakfast was also really nice to have.

the spa features a hydrotherapy pool, a whirlpool, and sauna and steam room, located further down in the basement. there is also a great gym with enough equipment for a good workout. a pool is also available.

the staff members are very friendly, helpful, and cute. check in was easy and fast. the bar staff are charming and deliver the best customer service consistently throughout the hotel. i really appreciate them

great view helpful manager lovely room small room high cost full blast
the room was lovely with a great view. the facilities were also great. the in-room comforts really added to the experience. i found the hotel manager very helpful .
the heating seemed to be on full blast throughout the hotel. the air conditioning unit in my room made no difference. it made it quite uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. i found the room very small considering the cost for the night.

Really good Experience!
friendly staff cute atmosphere convenient location
The hotel provided an lovely stay with friendly staff and a cute atmosphere. My room included complimentary gin and tonic, a Nespresso machine, bottled water, and biscuits, a great touch. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach, providing easy access to many attractions, I loved it.
The lift needed some attention, a minor inconvenience during my otherwise great stay.

The upgraded room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and beautiful décor. Attention to detail was evident throughout the room, I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and the high standard of furnishings. The room also included great room service.

The breakfast offered an excellent selection and high-quality choices, especially the cooked-to-order options from the kitchen. The bar had a nice ambiance and the bartender provided an excellent drink recommendation, tailoring it to my preferences. Coffee's are really nice as well -.

The spa was fabulous. It included a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and hydrotherapy bath, I spent some relaxing time there. The location being so close to many cafes and restaurants was very convenient. I had a wonderful experience.

This hotel is just across the road from the beach. Everything was within walking distance, made exploring easy. The hotel's proximity to the Lanes, a wonderful area, made it a prime spot for exploring. Its central location offers great convenience.

The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and helpful. They consistently were really good. The reception staff took the time to ensure that I felt welcome and well-informed and the WhatsApp contact option was useful. I was very satisfied with their service.
